Our experience of San Francisco was further highlighted by the hospitality shown to us by the staff, the facilities at the Inn and at the end of each cold wintry day to return for a glass of wine and a friendly smile - it was just like coming home!"

"I chose this hotel based on the excellent reviews I read and The Inn at Union Square certainly exceeded my expectations, especially when it came to service. Everyone, and I mean everyone, working at this hotel is courteous and friendly. Their friendliness and desire to please go beyond simple greetings, they take care of you like an old friend. Oh and for a first time visitor to San Francisco, I couldn't have been in a better location! Walking distance to transit and popular attractions. Room was always clean and we even got a complimentary bottle of champagne and a box of chocolates one night! Total surprise after a long day trekking in the cold and rain. I would certainly return :)"
