Greystone Hotels Sales Training 2014

This past week, the Directors of Sales and their Sales Managers participated in Greystone's Annual Sales Training presented by Master Connections. The two-day Sales Training was hosted at the Empress Hotel in La Jolla and included interactive exercises, lectures, practical enactments, and fun games with a group competition! Over the two days, the Sales Team learned about current hospitality sales practices and strategies, negotiations skills, and the power of LinkedIn and Social Media in sales.

The training was an overall success and we even had a few winners: Team #Hashtags came out on top as the winner of the group competition, while Cathy Estelle took home the coveted "Guffaw Gull Award!" (pictured below)
