 The Bristol Hotel had an Easter egg hunt for all of our associates.

 

Along with finding yummy treats inside the eggs their main task was to find the GOLDEN EGG. Whoever finds it wins this basket full of Easter goodies and gift certificate!

Celebrate Earth Hour 2016, Saturday March 19th, 8:30pm (local)

Greystone Hotels Celebrates Earth Hour 2016

Earth Hour is this Saturday, March 19 from 8:30PM to 9:30PM in your own local time zone. Earth Hour is a worldwide movement to create awareness to protect the planet organized by the WWF. It started as a lights off event in Sydney, Australia and has now moved worldwide. Since Greystone Hotels is committed to following eco-friendly hotel practices, it is an honor to be able to participate again in Earth Hour!

Greystone Hotels is proud to donate $5,000 towards the Arbor Day Foundation in celebration of Earth Hour.

The Arbor Day Foundation is a non-profit conservation and educational organization and is the largest membership organization dedicated to planting trees. It is truly an honor for Greystone Hotels to participate in such a great organization.

KEYPR Launches at Elan Hotel

Elan Hotel Introduces New Service: KEYPR

Greystone Hotels is proud to announce its new partnership with KEYPR. 

KEYPR is a cloud-based management solution that features wireless, interactive tablets for each guest room. With KEYPR, guests can do everything at the touch of a fingertip from ordering and scheduling a service to viewing nearby attractions to explore.

Elan Hotel in Los Angeles is the first property to install KEYPR and they are raving about the product! The hotel, staff and guests all love how intuitive and easy the product is to use. Such a wonderful product that will help boost service to all guests across all the properties. The San Francisco cluster is up next in installing KEYPR.

Greystone Hotels is very happy to move forward with such a great product and can't wait for guest to start exploring the new service!

"San Francisco based Greystone Hotels has announced a strategic technology partnership with KEYPR to begin offering the Los Angeles based company's cloud-based management solution in all eight of Greystone's independent boutique hotels. Featuring wireless, customized, interactive tablets in each guest room, KEYPR allows hotel guests to order and schedule services, room service, view hotel and nearby information, access to customized, relevant promotions, and mobile check-in and check-out (keyless entry will also be added as part of "Phase 2" implementation). While increasing the ease and efficiency for travelers, KEYPR's technology also allows hotel management and staff to offer greatly improved efficiencies and access to important guest data, preferences and marketing information via a customizable web-based dashboard."

In preparation for the most recent Super Bowl taking place in San Francisco this past February, East Coast journalist for the DailyMail, Khaleda Rahman writes of her stay in the Golden State and posts of tips, to-dos and highlights for those coming to the City by the Bay for a few days.

Khaleda mentions to visit picturesque spots from the Golden Gate Bridge to the Painted Ladies. For local culture, stop by the Legion of Honor or the de Young Museum.

During her visit, one of the hotels she stayed at was the King George Hotel. 

"If you're in need of a place to stay, your best bet is probably around Union Square - the city's top destination for hotels and shopping"

"This boutique hotel offers plenty of charm, but there's a much more traditional feel to their cozy European-inspired rooms."

The King George Hotel is flattered that she found them to be so charming and cozy! And, they were happy to provide Khaleda with an exceptional experience!

The Empress Hotel Welcomes "Murals of La Jolla"

The Empress Hotel and "Murals of La Jolla" Partner on New Art Project, "Suns"

The "Sun" is always shining in La Jolla! The Empress Hotel is thrilled to announce its involvement with Murals of La Jolla. Murals of La Jolla is a project initiated by the La Jolla Community Foundation in hopes to demonstrate different artists coming together to enhance the energy and vitality of the community. This can definitely be seen in the most recent artwork, Suns, which is creatively displayed on the outside wall of the Empress Hotel!

What a sight it is!

The inspiration came from a photograph taken on the top floor of the Empress Hotel of the sunset. The Empress Hotel is happy to have been selected to participate in this La Jolla Community project and is a continued supporter of the La Jolla art scene and The Athenaeum Music and Arts Library.
