The Empress Hotel and "Murals of La Jolla" Partner on New Art Project, "Suns"
The "Sun" is always shining in La Jolla! The Empress Hotel is thrilled to announce its involvement with Murals of La Jolla. Murals of La Jolla is a project initiated by the La Jolla Community Foundation in hopes to demonstrate different artists coming together to enhance the energy and vitality of the community. This can definitely be seen in the most recent artwork, Suns, which is creatively displayed on the outside wall of the Empress Hotel!
What a sight it is!
The inspiration came from a photograph taken on the top floor of the Empress Hotel of the sunset. The Empress Hotel is happy to have been selected to participate in this La Jolla Community project and is a continued supporter of the La Jolla art scene and The Athenaeum Music and Arts Library. The next time you are in La Jolla make sure to stop by and check it out!
