Kirk is a rock star!
The rooms were impeccable and my stay was wonderful. I have never seen more professional behavior from all of the staff. We had a slight hiccup checking in, nothing to do with the hotel, and Kirk the night audit was extremely helpful and accommodating. He was more than willing to suggest restaurants, routes and places to visit off the beaten path. I would whole heartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the great city if San Francisco!

Best Western Does It Again!

The Best Western has had some great things happening the past few months!

The property took part in Best Western's World's Biggest Thank You, April 8-12. Allison and Delci went to various travel agents that book through us to show them how much we appreciate what they do!

Housekeeping also had a lunch take place to celebrate Mother's Day. The Sales Office decided to take part as well and wish them well.

Below are a few fabulous guest comments we have received:

"Just had to send a note of thanks for our wonderful stay.  It was either our third or fourth but we had not been with you for several years.  The improvements and the stay will bring us back soon.  We loved it all.  You work hard at providing a quality experience for a reasonable price, and it deserves recognition. Inaugural Greystone Scholarship Recipient:Miranda Sanderlin

Greystone Hotels is very proud to present Miranda Sanderlin with the Greystone Hotel’s Scholarship Award!  Miranda, daughter of Deb Sanderlin at The Bristol Hotel, accepted the award at her high school Scholarship Award Ceremony, where they announced she received the Greystone Hotel Scholarship for everyone to hear!
