The Hotel Griffon Green Team went to a restoration project area of the Presidio on July 13 to plant native species. Attending were Milagros Rivera, Bryan Callejo, Dorothy DeGuzman (Team Leader)  and Jose Cruz.

As a valuable team member since 2011, Zayde is currently a Front Desk Agent who has proven that hard work and determination earns success!  Zayde started as a Room Attendant in Housekeeping, and finds her experience from that job most valuable while working at the front desk.  Zayde is one of our STASH enrollment leaders, and is someone who will work any shift on any day, even picking up shifts for others when needed.  She is always pleasant, professional and helpful, and we are very happy to congratulate her on winning this award.  Great job, Zayde!

Elan Hotel's "Employee of the 2nd Quarter Award" 2013

We are very pleased to announce that our Employee of the 2nd Quarter Award has been presented to Adrian Navarro, Relief Night Auditor and Guest Services Representative.  Adrian has been employed at the Elan since June of last year and has proven to be a great asset to our hotel.  Congratulations Adrian!  Thank you for all that you do!

The BRISTOL TEAM says FAREWELL to Leslie Martin!

Leslie Martin, Guest Services Manager at the Bristol for seven years, has made a big move out to Borrego Springs to head up the Front Desk at La Casa del Zorro.  Leslie's last day was July 1st, and a group of us headed over to the Yard House in downtown to send her off in style.  Leslie was presented with a framed picture of the Bristol, with signatures and messages from employees written on the frame's border.  We hope she will remember us always, and we wish her much success in her new position.
