Directors of Sales and Front Office Managers Annual Training Hosted by the King George and Inn at Union Square
Last week, Directors of Sales and Front Office Managers from all Greystone properties made their way to San Francisco for their annual training meetings. At this year's meeting, Signature Worldwide was present to meet with the Greystone Team. Signature Worldwide provides customer service training, which was very interactive with competitions and role playing.
One in particular was the coveted "Guffaw-Gull" Award, which was won by Ana Galvez, Area Sales Manager for the SF Cluster!
It was such a great week for the Greystone Team to interact in person with each other from all the different properties and to have met the team from Signature. Thanks go out to Signature Worldwide, Ramon Serrano, Candice Cancino, Jennifer Langham and Scott Woods for putting on an amazing, informative and fun week of learning!
