Elan Hotel's "Employee of the Quarter" 2011

Congratulations goes out to Rafael Ayala Jr. who has won the Employee of the 2nd Quarter Award. Rafael has been employed at the Elan Hotel since May of 2008. His contributions as a teamplayer have helped to make the Front Office run smoothly on a daily basis. Rafael is known for turning his booked reservations into upsells which helps to raise the ADR.
