The event below took place during our recent Mystery shop at the Creekside Inn.  The associate Julian Cruz was recognized by the shopper for legendary service:


I approached Julian.  I asked, "Where's
the market? Can you show me?"
Julian answered my question with
a question to confirm his
understanding. He asked, "The
deli market?" Julian then said,
"Come with me. I'll show you." I
followed Julian.

We went halfway
across the parking lot, and he
pointed to the market. He seemed
very sincere in his willingness to
assist me.

Elan Hotel "Employee of the 2nd Quarter Award"

We are happy to announce that the "Employee of the 2nd Quarter Award" has been given to Michael Ogima, Guest Services Representative at the Elan.  Michael has been a team member since June of 2011 and has proven to be an asset to the company. Norbert Mede Completes His First Half Iron Man Competition!

Norbert Mede completed is first Half Iron Man competition on May 5th in Napa Valley. The event consists of a 1.2 mile swim in Lake Berryessa, followed by a 56 mile bike ride through the Pope Valley then a 13.1 mile run along the lake. Norbert completed the competition in 7 hours and 45 minutes!

Congrats Norbert!!
