weekend, visiting friends & family. Without exception, each of your
staff members was accommodating, proactive and welcoming. Your location is
convenient & the shuttle service eliminated the typical transportation
hassle. Having
worked in Palo Alto for several years I was familiar with your facility, but
never a guest---because we were local residents. In our travels seldom do we
