William Rabanalez Guest Appreciation


This week William Rabanalez, Operations Manager at the Elan Hotel was surprised by a guest that checked in and asked for him by name.  They presented him with a ball cap and a beach towel from Australia.  William had been conversing back and forth by e-mail to organize their stay with us and the guests were very appreciative.   William went the extra mile to make car rental arrangements for them as well as dinner plans.  His customer service has helped this guest experience exceptional service.   Way to go William!
