Ismael has been with the Bristol Team as a Front Desk Agent
since December 2016. Everyone always breathes easier knowing Ismael is
working; he can handle anything thrown his way, from crazy busy times at the
desk, to difficult and challenging guest incidents. Ismael goes above and
beyond to ensure each guest request is followed through on, and works
seamlessly with all departments. Congratulations, Ismael, on being
